Announcement of the Real Estate Sales and Marketing Association

Given that the profession of real estate brokerage plays a vital role in Thailand’s real estate market—serving as a key element in real estate transactions—it directly influences the confidence of both Thai and international clients. Moreover, it supports the sustainable growth of the real estate sector, which in turn contributes positively to the national economy.

Real estate brokers must be individuals who possess knowledge, competence, skills, and experience, along with a sense of responsibility that aligns with international professional standards and ethics.

The Real Estate Sales and Marketing Association (RESAM), hereinafter referred to as "the Association," holds the primary mission of registering, developing, and supervising individuals engaged in the real estate brokerage profession. Therefore, the Association has established criteria stipulating that any approval to practice as a real estate broker must be granted only to individuals certified by the Association.
