The Real Estate Sales and Marketing Association (RESAM) places great importance on raising professional standards in real estate sales, marketing, and consultancy. The Association is committed to promoting knowledge, professional competence, and appropriate practices among industry professionals in response to the increasingly complex and constantly evolving real estate market. To support this objective, RESAM has established a Registration System for International Real Estate Consultant Members, Levels 1, as one of the mechanisms for promoting professional standards and enhancing the capabilities of practitioners in the real estate industry. The registration levels are not intended to limit or define the value or specific areas of expertise of individual members. Rather, they provide a structured framework for categorizing and communicating members registration levels, enabling clients, service users, and the general public to better understand their professional status in a clear and systematic manner.
